Essential Oil and Synergies
I keep a stock of organic, wild-crafted and pure essential oils. These oils have the power to heal, the power to enhance personal beauty, and power to touch human lives with a little magic. Come in and discover how aromatic plant essences can benefit your life.
I have a good stock of Mood Synergies and Home Remedy Synergies. These can be used in a variety of ways.
Inhalation: The simplest and most direct way of enjoying an essential oil or synergy is to sprinkle 1 or 2 drops on a tissue and inhale deeply. Also effective is the steam inhalation methods used for colds, sinus infections and coughs. Fill a bowl with steamy water. Add 3 or 4 drops of you oil or synergy, cover head with a towel and inhale deeply for about 5 minutes.
Bath: Using essential oils in the bath are probably the most enjoyable and frequently chosen method. Swish 5 to 10 drops of your chosen essential oil or synergy into the water, and step in! Breathe deeply and relax for at least 15 minutes for full benefit.
Massage: If you have ever had a massage with essential oils, one without just won’t do! Add 15 drops of your chosen essential oil or synergy to 30 mils (2.5% blend) of good quality carrier oil such as Sweet Almond Oil or Grapeseed Oil.

Golden Moor

Magnesium
Today a wealth of new information is surfacing about magnesium’s role in the body and its far-reaching implications concerning diseases. Magnesium is essential to all live things. Without it, numerous biological processes would never occur.
For instance, the metabolic demands of muscles are extremely high. During muscle action, magnesium is released from cells to aid in vasodilatation and to increase blood flow to the muscles. Often when the metabolic demands of a muscle exceed the body’s capability to keep up these demands, muscle tension, spasms and pain result. The pain is caused by inadequate blood flow to the muscles. Magnesium has been found effective at reducing the occurrences and severity of muscle cramps and pain. Because magnesium has a powerful ability to relax muscles, including the heart muscle and valves, reduce insomnia and stress; it has been call God’s natural tranquilizer or “anti-stress mineral.
